Call (608) 782-SOAP (7627) to place your order over the phone. Feel free to call, however please take into consideration that this is a home-based business. Therefore, please limit phone calls to the Central Standard Time of 9 am - 9 pm. Thank you!

Order by Mail

Call or e-mail for a mail order form and send Cashier's Check, Money Order or credit card information to Handmade Natural Beauty, P.O. Box 3635, La Crosse, WI 54602.

Samples

While we do often include free samples with orders, Handmade Natural Beauty does not offer unlimited free samples at this time. However, if you wish to try before commiting to a full size product, some items are available in Sampler Sets as in the Handcare and the Footcare sections. Additionally, we now offer a set including random samples of an assortment of our products. Please click here for more information.

Production Time

Most orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. (Mon-Fri)., pending payment approval. However, large orders and to allow for backordered ingredients or above average influx of orders, please allow 2-4 weeks. Rush service may be available - Please call me to discuss.

Shipping, Handling

Shipping is based on dollar amount of order. The scale is as follows:

Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

USPS Priority Shipping is usually 1-3 business days within the U.S. Please allow for production time as well as shipping time when ordering.

Orders are shipped without delivery signature requirements unless otherwise requested (additional fees apply). When a delivery confirmation/tracking number is provided, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the carrier claims delivery. If you do not receive a package, in which delivery is confirmed by the carrier, we will help you to contact the carrier to try and resolve the issue but we are not liable for a lost package. For additional protection against loss or damage, we recommend you purchase a signature service and/or insurance at the time your order is placed. Please specify any special shipping instructions and you will be notified of the additional cost. Insurance is included at no extra cost with all orders over $25. If an insured item is lost in transit or damaged, your cooperation will be required to work with the USPS to process the insurance claim.

We are not responsible for customer errors in delivery address entry. Refusals or packages returned to us will require additional postage to resend. No refunds will be given on misdirected or refused orders.

International/Canada Orders

If shipping to any other country besides the U.S. or Canada, please email complete address and desired order for additional shipping costs.

Please add $10 to the above shipping costs for all orders shipping to Canada. The cart will NOT add the additional shipping, so it will either be billed to your credit card or a paypal invoice sent. Full shipping charges must be paid before orders are shipped. Canadian orders are shipped UPS Global Standard with Tracking & Delivery Confirmation.

Any import taxes or duties fees are the recipient's responsibility; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. In the event of refusal, the recipient will be billed return fees.

Consultant Commission

Handmade Natural Beauty is committed to supporting our independent consultants and want to make sure that the proper consultant is credited for your order. Even if you came into the site from one of our consultant's custom URL's, please be sure to enter their name in the Consultant Name field so that they receive proper credit. If you are one of the owner, Angie Cavaiuolo's, direct retail customers or were not referred to us by a specific consultant, please enter "corporate" in the Consultant Name field. Thank you.
